04 Historical Home Architecture and Garden Renovation

This home is in the Historic District of Torrance, California.

Thoroughness of detail, selection of material, always mindful of the implications of the historical imperative of maintaining integrity of he 1930's Spanish Bungalow.

The project featured all new California Garden Natives and succulents- with twists, new metal fencing through out, new trellis systems, and new historically accurate tile applied.

Programmatically and spatially, patios were raised, and new doors were added to accommodate better social gathering.
